Abstract / Hauptanspruch
The invention relates to a method for determination of deflection (y) and/or the process of deflection of a horizontal or angular spindle (1) and/or to determination of the angle (α) of inclination and/or the process of the bending of a horizontal or angular spindle (1), especially a horizontal or angular spindle (1) of a machine tool. Its principle consists in that a laser beam (2) source is clamped to a spindle (1) and at least at two different optical distances (b), (c) from the end of the spindle (1) with at least two different extensions (w 1), (w2) of the spindle (1) out of a headstock, the points of incidence of the laser beam (2) or of its components (21), (22), or the geometric shapes drawn by the laser beam (2) or by its components (21), (22) are successively or simultaneously recorded, whereby the deflection (y) of the spindle (1) in its movement and/or the inclination angle (α) of the spindle (1) is determined, or continuously determined, or the process of deflection of the spindle (1) and/or the process of bending of the spindle (1) is determined, or continuously determined, from the vertical components or components oriented downwards of the shifts (yb), (yc) of the points of incidence of the laser beam (2) or of its components (21), (22), or of the centers of the geometric shapes drawn by the laser beam (2) or by its components (21), (22) at these optical distances (b), (c) from the end of the spindle (1).

In addition, the invention relates to a detection device (3) for performing this method.
