Abstract / Hauptanspruch
The present invention relates to an automatic system for measuring and machining pipe ends, comprising: measuring equipment (1) that has: an internal laser sensor (3) and an external laser sensor (2) to measure the inner and outer diameters of the pipe end; a machining station (5) that has at least one machining tool for machining the inner diameter of the pipe (14) and at least one machining tool for machining the outer diameter of the pipe (12, 13), which are centralized and operated independently of each other; an electronic interface central (6) between the measuring equipment and the machining tools, having records of critical values of outer diameter and inner diameter for the pipe end, the electronic interface central (6) receiving the measured values of outer and inner diameters from the measuring equipment, comparing them with the critical values, and controlling the operation of the machining tools (12, 13, 14) as a function of the result of the comparison, so that the real values of outer and inner diameters of the pie will come close to the critical values.

The present invention relates to an automatic system for measuring and machining the end of pipes comprising: measuring equipment (1) having an inner laser sensor (3) and an outer laser sensor (2) for measuring the inner and outer diameters of the pipe end; a machining station (5) having at least one tool for machining the inner diameter of the pipe (14) and at least one tool for machining the outer diameter of the pipe (12, 13), the tools being centrally operated independently of each other; an electronic central unit that provides an interface (6) between the measuring equipment and the machining tools, and comprises records of critical values of the outer and inner diameters of the pipe ends, wherein the central electronic interface (6) receives the measured values of the outer and inner diameters from the measuring equipment, compares these values with the critical values, and controls the operation of the machining tools (12, 13, 14) according to the result from the comparison, in order to bring the real values of the outer and inner pipe diameters close to the critical values.

La présente invention concerne un système automatisé de mesure et d'usinage d'extrémité de tubes, comprenant : un équipement de mesure (1) qui possède : un capteur laser interne (3) et un capteur laser externe (2) pour mesurer les diamètres interne et externe de l'extrémité du tube ; un poste d'usinage (5) qui possède au moins un outil d'usinage du diamètre interne du tube (14) et au moins un outil d'usinage du diamètre externe du tube (12, 13), lesquels sont centralisés et mis en oeuvre indépendamment l'un de l'autre ; une centrale électronique d'interface (6) située entre l'équipement de mesure et les outils d'usinage, des valeurs critiques de diamètre externe et de diamètre interne étant enregistrées pour l'extrémité du tube, la centrale électronique d'interface (6) recevant les valeurs mesurées de diamètre externe et interne de l'équipement de mesure, les comparant aux valeurs critiques, et commandant le fonctionnement des outils d'usinage (12, 13, 14) en fonction du résultat de la comparaison, de sorte que les valeurs réelles des diamètres externe et interne du tube se rapprochent des valeurs critiques.

A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema automático de medição e usinagem de extremidade de tubos compreendendo: um equipamento de medição (1) que possui: um sensor laser interno (3) e um sensor laser externo (2) para medir os diâmetros interno e externo da extremidade do tubo; uma estação de usinagem (5) que possui pelo menos uma ferramenta de usinagem do diâmetro interno do tubo (14) e pelo menos uma ferramenta de usinagem do diâmetro externo do tubo (12, 13), as quais são centralizadas e operadas independentes uma da outra; uma central eletrônica de interface (6) entre o equipamento de medição e as ferramentas de usinagem, tendo registros de valores críticos de diâmetro externo e diâmetro interno para a extremidade do tubo, sendo que a central eletrônica de interface (6) recebe os valores medidos de diâmetro externo e interno do equipamento de medição, compara com os valores críticos, e controla a operação das ferramentas de usinagem (12, 13, 14) em função do resultado da comparação, para que os valores reais dos diâmetros externo e interno do tubo se aproximem dos valores críticos.
