Abstract / Hauptanspruch
Around a crankshaft (S) supported by a support device ( 10), a first shape measuring device (31) to a fourth shape measuring device (34) are disposed, and the crankshaft (S) and the first shape measuring device (31) to the fourth shape measuring device (34) are relatively movable in an axial direction (X direction) of the crankshaft (S). The first shape measuring device (31) and the third shape measuring device (33) are disposed so as to face to one X direction and acquire partial shape information (including the other side surfaces in the X direction of counterweights (S2)) of the crankshaft S, and further, the second shape measuring device (32) and the fourth shape measuring device (34) are disposed so as to face to the other X direction and acquire partial shape information (including one side surfaces in the X direction of the counterweights (S2)) of the crankshaft S. This makes it possible to accurately inspect a shape of the crankshaft (S) in a short time.

According to the present invention, first to fourth shape measurement devices (31-34) are disposed around a crankshaft (S) supported by a support device (10) so as to allow the crankshaft (S) and the first to fourth shape measurement devices (31-34) to move relative to each other in an axial direction of the crankshaft (X-direction). The first shape measurement device (31) and the third shape measurement device (33) are disposed so as to be facing one way in the X-direction in order to acquire partial shape information of the crankshaft (S) (including a lateral side of a counter weight (S2) facing the other way in the X-direction), while the second shape measurement device (32) and the fourth shape measurement device (34) are disposed so as to be facing the other way in the X-direction in order to acquire partial shape information of the crankshaft (S) (including a lateral side of the counter weight (S2) facing one way in the X-direction). This configuration enables the shape of the crankshaft (S) to be inspected quickly with high dimensional accuracy.

Selon la présente invention, des premier à quatrième dispositifs de mesure de forme (31-34) sont disposés autour d'un vilebrequin (S) porté par un dispositif de support (10) de façon à permettre au vilebrequin (S) et aux premier à quatrième dispositifs de mesure de forme (31-34) de se déplacer les uns par rapport aux autres dans une direction axiale du vilebrequin (direction X). Le premier dispositif de mesure de forme (31) et le troisième dispositif de mesure de forme (33) sont disposés de manière à faire face à un sens dans la direction X afin d'acquérir des informations de forme partielles du vilebrequin (S) (notamment un côté latéral d'un contrepoids (S2) faisant face à l'autre sens dans la direction X), tandis que le deuxième dispositif de mesure de forme (32) et le quatrième dispositif de mesure de forme (34) sont disposés de manière à faire face à l'autre sens dans la direction X afin d'acquérir des informations de forme partielles du vilebrequin (S) (notamment un côté latéral du contrepoids (S2) faisant face à un sens dans la direction X). Cette configuration permet à la forme du vilebrequin (S) d'être inspectée rapidement avec une haute précision dimensionnelle.
